GIRLY ADVICE: HOW TO NOT GET HIT ON

Hi lovelies! Today, I wanted to share with you all the fine art of not getting hit on. Last night on a night out with two of my friends both of which also are in happy relationships, we had a couple of unwanted guys approach us which inspired me to share my foolproof 'not getting hit on' technique. Sometimes, (this may come as a surprise to some of you guys out there) us girls go out on a girls night and that's exactly what we want, a girls night. Maybe like me, you're in a happy relationship and have no interest in being chatted up by seedy men, maybe seeing somebody or just want to go out with your girlfriends and not be bothered by drunk men, well then this technique is for you! It's a method I like to call the lying game. The lying game involves quick thinking and an excellent poker face. So, here's what you do...

Scenario 1
Him: hey, don't I recognise you from somewhere?
You: probably, you saw Jeremy Kyle last Friday then?

Scenario 2
Him: Hi, my mate wants to know if you're single?
You: Pretty much, I mean I'm technically married but that's just to keep me in the country, I broke a LOT of laws back in *insert country here*. Is it pretty quiet and police free where you live?

Scenario 3
Him: Hi there, my name's *insert name*, can I get you a drink?
You: OMG! It's totally fate! That was my ex boyfriends name, do you think you'd be open to dying your hair and getting plastic surgery in the future?

These are just a few examples, but get creative, maybe you can't give him your number as you have a cat at home that you'd have to speak to first, or you're very flattered, he's the first boy to hit on you since the sex change (too much?).

So, girls! Go out, see your friends and never worry about being hit on by lonely drunk guys again!
You're welcome ;)

  2. Haha that is brilliant! I love going out with my friends. There was a night that my boyfriend went to a pub in Glasgow & we walked in together & went straight to the bar, then my boyfriend went outside to the bank to lift more money out & i could see this group of guys looking over at me, didn't think anything of it & the next thing I know is one of the guy is grinding me! I was horrified & then this old man asked me if I would show him my boobs - some people(men) don't have any respect, my boyfriend wasn't happy either once i told him :/
but will try those answers if I'm ever chatted up to :P
