GUESS GIRL PERFUME REVIEW

Guess Girl available on AllBeauty.com £16.95 for 100ml

Hi lovelies! This year for Valentines day, one of my gifts from Darren was this lovely little bottle of 'Guess Girl' perfume. I love receiving perfume as a gift, it's definitely one of my favourite things to receive, so I was thrilled to get this a Valentines gift! I'd wanted to try Guess Girl for a long time as I'd heard it was similar to Victoria's Secret Bombshell, which is one of my all time favourite perfumes.

The description of this on the website says "Guess Girl begins with notes of tangerine, bergamot, and green apple, followed by notes of freesia, peony, muguet, peach, red fruit, and magnolia flower. The scent closes on notes of cedarwood, moss, skin musk, and amber." So basically, it's a fruity floral - my absolute favourite kind of scent! To me, this smells very fruity at first, like Raspberry or Strawberry, then settles down to more of a floral after an hour or so of wear. If you know what VS Bombshell is like, I'd definitely say this is similar. It's definitely a simpler scent that Bombshell, but it's definitely similar to it, just a slightly lighter version, making it perfect for every day. This isn't the longest lasting scent in the world but I'd say it lasts a two to three hours before fading, then a further four or five hours of light scent before it wears off.

As this is called 'Guess Girl', I thought it might be quite a juvenile scent, but it's actually really feminine and lovely. It's sweet, without being sickly and fruity without being too artificial. The bottle is super cute too, it's clear glass and the liquid is pink, which gives the bottle the pink look. I love the cute pink flower design on the lid, it looks perfect on my perfume shelf!

Overall, I'd recommend this if you'd like a fairly low priced everyday perfume and like a girly, fruity/ floral scent. If sweeter, fruity perfumes aren't your thing though, this won't be for you!

What do you think? What's your go to perfume at the moment?
